An Unnecessarily Strong Opinion About Drive-Thru Lines
Two lanes are not faster. I have data. Sort of.
Every time a place adds a second drive-thru lane they act like they invented logistics.
I have been timing them. Not scientifically, but consistently, and the merge point undoes basically all of the gain the second lane creates.
Anyway. That is my contribution to society this week.
